What is the shipping timeline for this drop?
- This drop is set to ship out on a regular shipping timeline, with 3-5 business days to process and 5-7 days to ship for U.S. customers. International shipping timelines vary.
What is this new shopping experience?
- To maximize your visibility on new product drops and allow for even more seamless customization ordering, we designed this new collection page concept! This will also allow for less product to be oversold as our backend system can process non-”bundled” products quicker (explained below). We’d love to know your thoughts on this new layout, as we are always open to feedback on your shopping experience!
Why can't I order a pre-bundled upper/flat + matching Heel Kit like before?
- It’s a long, jargon-y explanation, but the quick of it is that our pre-”bundled” products (a.k.a. the matched upper + Heel Kit pairings as one product) cause a slight delay in our back-end to process. To minimize over-selling any product (an issue we regret has happened to some during our highly-anticipated drop times!) and increase site load-time, we’ve made this update to the shopping experience for the time being. However, we are currently re-structuring our site and backend operations so that we can go back to normal pre-paired products soon on drop days!
