Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Details
Delivery is estimated within 4-8 business days for US orders, but cannot be guaranteed. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once shipped. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Pashion ships globally from the USA. International customers are responsible for international shipping costs as well as any duties/taxes associated with import to your home country. At checkout you will see an estimate of duties/taxes up front which will allow you to know the anticipated total cost. Any orders that are sent back to us by the shipper due to unpaid duty/tax/import fees will not be refunded.
We are hard at work optimizing shipping to Canada and will have Canada operations up and running in beginning of 2023. Stay tuned!

Pashion offers free exchanges and easy returns on all Domestic US orders* up to 30 days after delivery.
These orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the shoes are returned in unworn condition with all accessories included.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges will ship automatically to the original address on the order once your return package is in-transit. You will receive emails once your order has been sent to the warehouse for processing as well as after it has shipped.
RETURNS: Refunds will automatically be processed when your return is received at our warehouse. Please note that return shipping is deducted from the refund for returns, but exchanges are free to process.
STORE CREDIT: Store credit will be issued automatically once your return tracking status says in-transit using the label provided by our returns platform.
DAMAGED GOODS: If a product arrives with damage upon receipt, please notify us within 14 days and include a photo/video of the damage. "Damage" includes blemishes on the footwear, faulty parts, or missing parts. Damaged goods can be replaced free of charge.
*Please note that any item marked as Final Sale in the product description cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped back to us without prior authorization. International orders can be returned or exchanged, provided all shipping fees, duties and taxes associated are paid for by customer.
