If you feel anything short of absolute LOVE for your Pashions, never fear - we stand by our product and are happy to provide a no-risk product guarantee. We offer free returns & exchanges for all domestic US orders. These orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the shoes are returned in unworn condition with all accessories included. For returns, a full refund will be issued on the product(s) to the card of original purchase - but a refund will not be issued for the initial shipping expense to customer. Exchanges will ship within 2-3 business days after the original order is received and inspected by our quality assurance team. International orders can be returned or exchanged, provided all shipping fees, duties and taxes associated are paid for by customer.

We know the holiday months are hectic, and we want to be sure every gift fits perfectly. For any live shipment orders (i.e., not preorders) placed between November 27th and December 31st, we are happy to provide free extended returns and exchanges through January 31st. This is an extension of our typical 30-day return window.

Pashion Footwear ships anywhere in the US for free, and also ships internationally to the countries listed on our checkout page. Please note that our risk free 30-day free return & exchange policy is only applicable to our US customers. International customers can still execute a return or exchange, but will need to pay all shipping fees, duties, and taxes applicable. Pashion Footwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received a tracking number from us, responsibility for the shipment falls on the carrier.

Yes, we do ship internationally to the countries listed on our checkout page. All international customers are required to pay their own import taxes and duties associated with their order and any returns/exchanges.

Most US orders placed with our standard shipping ship within 48 business hours and arrive within 7-10 days. 2-day Expedited Shipping can often be purchased at checkout (although this feature may not be available during high-volume times). Note that items marked on preorder do not ship within a normal window. For more information on preorder timelines, see below. Please allow additional processing time during holidays, special sales, and on international orders as these may require a little extra time to process. Pashion Footwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received a tracking number from us, responsibility for the shipment falls on the carrier.

If you decide to Preorder an item on our website, please note the following:

  • You are acknowledging that your item(s) will not arrive within standard shipping times, rather in the shipment month announced on the product page.
  • Preordering is voluntary, and payment is charged immediately at checkout. Preorders can be refunded until the order is shipped.
  • If you are ordering a Preorder item with another item that is in-stock, the shipping cost at checkout accounts for all items ordered.
  • Returns & Exchange: free returns and exchanges to US customers within 30 days of the delivery date. Please see our Returns & Exchange policy for more information.
  • The shipping date listed on the product page is an approximation provided by our manufacturer. We will continue to send more information on exact dates as available to us.
Because we are in the early stages of production, Pashion is using this preorder system to keep up with demand while also giving our manufacturer adequate time to perfectly develop each pair. If at any time you need further details, please contact us at orders@pashionfootwear.com

We have had our shoes professionally tested for up to two years of regular wear under normal conditions - and passed with flying colors. Our shoes showed minimal signs of visible wear, both as heels and flats, and this wear had no effect on the functionality of the mechanism. You will be able to enjoy years of regular wear in your Pashions.

Most women are comfortable with the mechanism after using the mechanism three times. Brief instructions are printed in the interior of the shoe box and more detailed guidance can be found here. Once mastered, it takes less than a second to convert each heel.

Our engineering team has designed numerous security features into the heel lock mechanism to prevent against accidental shoe transformations. The technology has been tested rigorously within an industry-leading shoe lab to ensure its reliability.

All of our shoes come with a removable rubber heel cap that can be easily inserted and removed from the sole in flat form preventing debris from getting lodged in the mechanism and protecting the mechanism from wear.

The Pashion Stelo™ is the first footwear support mechanism engineered to allow the complete conversion between a flat and high heel. Inserting it provides the support, rigidity, and stability of a high heel shoe. Removing it allows the shoe to flatten into a flexible flat.

Your shoes will come shipped with a small drawstring bag for holding the removable pieces for one pair.

Yes! Pashions are fully functional for regular wear in both flat and heel form. In flat form, make sure to use the included heel cap to protect the heel mechanism.

Yes! Heels are interchangeable within their respective size, i.e. if you have both an 8 Girl Boss in Black and an 8 Pashionista in Champagne you are more than welcome to swap the Heel Kits around. They are also left and right independent, meaning you do not need to keep track of which foot the heel came from. At the moment, 3" heel conversion kits are available for purchase through our site. Various other heel heights and styles (block, new colors and materials, etc) in the works - Stay tuned!

Our shoes fit true to size with a standard width (medium B). If you have a narrow foot, we recommend ordering a half size down. If further sizing help is needed, you can find a sizing assistance tool on our product pages that will help you identify your perfect fit. 

Our shoes have been engineered by footwear professionals with experience with companies like Nike, Adidas, and Ariat. Our shoes, in addition to transforming in times of need, feature soft polyurethane insoles to maximize comfort in heel and flat forms!

Yes! Our shoes are molded in their heel form to ensure the heels look as good as possible. Brand new pairs will naturally arch when the heel is taken off and no weight is applied to the shoe. However, this arch has been shown to improve walking performance and flattens when worn. Our flats scored a 5.1/6 for comfort in testing!

Our shoes are designed in our two US office locations - San Luis Obispo, California and Portland, Oregon. They are currently produced by our manufacturing partners located in Dongguan, China.

Any of our shoe styles that are offered in patent leather are 100% vegan. Any styles offered in suede or natural leather are not vegan.

As a company founded by women, for women, we are pashionate about giving back to the amazing women of the world. Orders can be canceled at no cost if the order has not been processed by our warehouse. If an order has been processed but is still in the warehouse, we can cancel your order for a $5 restocking fee. If you are interested in canceling, please email orders@pashionfootwear.com as soon as possible.
