How long will it take to get my personalized order?
- Every item is made to order just for you! Personalized orders can add up to 10 extra business days to the processing time of your order. During holidays and high-order periods, processing may take longer. Orders containing both personalized and non-personalized items will ship separately.
What personalization services are available?

Currently, we offer personalization on our Coal, Latte, and White classic Blocks in 3” and 4” heights.
If I ordered a personalized unit and a regular non-personalized unit, will I receive multiple packages?

Yes! Personalized and non-personalized units are shipped separately. You’ll be able to track both shipments through their individual tracking numbers, which will automatically be shared with you!
What if I put in the wrong text/number/shipping address for personalization?

We cannot guarantee changes can be made once order is placed and processed, but please reach out to us at info@pashionfootwear.com and we will look into if we can update the order!
Can I return or exchange my personalized order?

As personalization is made to order per customer, any personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. In most cases, changes cannot be made once you have submitted your order. However, items will still be covered by their product warranties.
