HOW DO I GET REWARDED?

Make sure you've tagged @pashionfootwear in-post or in the caption and followed the post guidelines. Once your post is approved, your reward is automatically added to your gift card balance in the Creator Hub. Only 1 post per post type counts per day.

 

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY REWARD POINTS?

  1. Rewards are added to your Creator Hub balance within 72 hours of post approval. All posts go through a review to confirm they meet content guidelines.

HOW AND WHEN DO I GET PAID MY COMMISSION?

Commission payouts are sent via Tremendous on the 31st of each month for all qualifying sales made in the prior calendar month.
 
You’ll receive an email from rewards@reward.tremendous.com where you can redeem your earnings via bank deposit, PayPal, Venmo, or other available options—no need to send an invoice or provide any payment info to us directly.
Important: If you haven’t seen your reward email, try searching your inbox and spam folders for "Tremendous" or the email above. If it’s been more than 30 days since your sale and you still haven’t received anything, feel free to reach out to us at info@pashionfootwear.com and we’ll be happy to help.

DO MY SITE CREDIT GIFT CARDS EXPIRE?

No. After redeeming to use, the gift card will not have an expiration date.

 

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD FROM THE CREATOR HUB?

As you post and reach milestones, “rewards” are earned into your gift card! Your gift card balance accrues/carries over monthly (there's no deadline to redeem!)
To locate your rewards, go to Creator Hub → Earnings → Rewards. Once there, you’ll be able to see your current balance, progress toward rewards/tasks/milestones, and a redeem button. Once selected, you will be able to redeem up to $200/mo at a time to spend on-site as a gift card.
 

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MONTHLY REWARDS AND LIFETIME MILESTONES?

Monthly Rewards - You’ll have a monthly set of ways to earn, all laid out in the new hub interface! These ambassador tasks reset on the last day of each month, so make sure to get your content posted in time. Each month is a fresh slate to earn more!


Lifetime Milestones - These will be one-time rewards you unlock as you grow within the program. Once earned, they're yours. Once you level-up, new milestones become available!

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By joining the Convertible Club, you agree to follow the program guidelines and represent the Pashion brand with authenticity, creativity, and integrity. Participation in the program is subject to the following terms:

 

AMBASSADOR ELIGIBILITY:

You must apply through the official Convertible Club form and be approved by the Pashion team to participate. Pashion reserves the right to accept or deny applicants at its sole discretion. Must be 18+ to join.

 

CONTENT REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify for points, perks, and potential features, all content must be original, clearly showcase Pashion products, and follow the outlined brand guidelines. Repurposing content from Pashion's website or social platforms is not permitted for reward earning. Pashion reserves right to share Convertible Club content for marketing purposes with our loyal client base.

 

CODE AND LINK USE:

Ambassador codes and storefront links are for personal use and intended to be shared organically within your own community. Posting codes to public deal or coupon sites—such as RetailMeNot, Honey, or similar—is strictly prohibited.

Additionally, mass code sharing on forums like Reddit, ambassador Discords, Pashion community chats, and the like is not allowed. Violating these terms may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of earned rewards.

 

COMMISSION PAYOUTS:

Commission is earned on completed purchases made by first-time customers through your unique code or storefront. Returns or fraudulent activity will void commission eligibility. Additional payout terms and tax information are managed through our partner platform.

 

TIER PLACEMENT AND PROGRESSION:

Tiers are evaluated quarterly based on posts and revenue generated during the evaluation period. Ambassadors who meet the threshold for a higher tier will be automatically moved up at the start of the next quarter. Tiers can move up or down based on performance according to the guidelines outlined above.

 

PROGRAM CHANGES:

Pashion reserves the right to update, pause, or discontinue the program at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the official Convertible Club dashboard.
