What is Pashion Rewards and how does it work?
Pashion Rewards is a members-only rewards program that allows you to earn reward points on purchases and activities like social media follows, submitting reviews and more. Every 100 points earned = $5 in discounts. Points earned can be used for discounts on future orders. There is no maximum to how many points you can earn, which means you can redeem as many points on a single order as you’d like.
What are the perks?
Members can earn 1 point per $1 spent, save on purchases, receive access to discounted or free shipping and returns, gain a birthday reward, receive complimentary gifts, get exclusive access to member-only events and more. Earned points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
How do I become a Pashion Rewards member? Does it cost anything?
Pashion Rewards is completely free to join. You are automatically enrolled in rewards once you make a purchase or create an online Pashion account.
Who is eligible to enroll?
Pashion Rewards is available to anyone interested in enrolling who is at least 18 years of age or older with a valid email address. However, some program benefits including, but not limited to, free and discounted shipping and return offers are restricted to US residents in the contiguous United States.
How do I update my information?

How do I check my Pashion Rewards account status and point balance?
To check your point balance sign into your Pashion account and select “My Rewards”. Your current point balance will be listed at the top of the page. To see your current status, locate the “Membership Tiers” section. Your account status is highlighted for you, you can also track how many points you currently have and how many more points you need to reach the next membership tier.
How do I earn rewards?
You can earn 1 point per $1 spent on all product purchases, including sale and last chance items. (Excludes purchases of services like Shipping protection, taxes, expedited delivery and more.)
Do points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. If there is no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, then all points in the account will expire 12-months from the last purchase.
When I enrolled points never expired, what happened to my lifetime points?
Our Rewards program received a makeover in July 2021 to include more perks and ways to earn. If you were enrolled in the Rewards Program prior to May 2021, and the current balance on your “lifetime” points was greater than 0, but less than 100 points, then your account will be awarded a courtesy, single-use 20% OFF (400 Points Value) coupon on July 12, 2021, that never expires. The 20% OFF coupon may only be used one time on your account. If your lifetime point balance was greater than 100, you will also receive a 20% OFF coupon (400 Points Value). Additionally, if your current “lifetime” balance was over 100 points, then your points were converted to the dollar equivalent (100 points = $5) and awarded to you in the form of a gift card. You can find the gift card in your account, once logged in. The gift card never expires. Lastly, your gift card amount and newly earned points may be combined on any purchase. For points earned on or after Jan 2021, points remain valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase.
Where can I find my birthday reward code?
Your Birthday reward is now automatically gifted as points on your account. There is no need to enter a promo code. You can review your birthday reward by logging into your Pashion account and selecting “My Rewards”. Under the banner and immediately below your name, locate the “Rewards History” button to review your earned points. Your birthday reward should be reflected in this tab. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at info@pashionfootwear.com. Our team is happy to verify your date of birth on file and get you your reward.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
For points earned on products that were returned: When an item is returned, the points earned for that item will be removed from your account once the return is received and processed. For points redeemed on an item, that is later returned: When an item that was purchased with reward points is returned, you won’t lose the reward points previously used on the returned item. After the return has been fully received and processed your reward balance will again be credited with the point amount used on the return.
When can points not be applied?
Reward Points cannot be combined with discount/promo codes. Points cannot be applied to 1.0 Final Sale styles.
How do I refer my friends?
Give your friends a 25% discount to use on their first $100 order of Pashion shoes. Then, enjoy $25 (in points) for yourself, once your friend completes a qualifying purchase of $100 or more. To refer a friend, simply log in to your Pashion account and select “My Rewards”. On the “My Rewards” page, scroll to the bottom “Refer a Friend” section, enter their name and email address to send them a pre-made email or copy the link to share in a message.
Where can I track my referrals?
To track purchases made by friends you referred, sign into your Pashion account and select “My Rewards”. On the “My Rewards” page, scroll to the bottom “Refer a Friend” section and select “Referral History”. Here, you will be able to see your referral history, and your completed referrals. Please note reward points are awarded on “Completed” referrals only.
