You asked we listened. We received overwhelming feedback to introduce a closed-toe convertible heel. We took this feedback into consideration and have since worked to create a sleek, modern, and comfortable closed-toe convertible heel that will take you flawlessly from the office to a night out. After months of creating potential designs, producing our initial versions, making alterations, and perfecting the design and material, the long-awaited release of our first-ever pump is finally over!
With the introduction of this new style, we wanted to take the time to answer some frequently asked questions that we have received so far.
Break-in Period
These pumps will have a break-in period that is a little longer than our other styles. It's expected to take closer to two-weeks until the Pump is fully formed to your individual size. This is because this particular style covers the sides of the feet while also having a flexible sole when worn as a flat. We wanted to design a shoe that could be broken into for it to become as comfortable as possible. This break-in period also allows for the flat version of the shoe to gradually become flatter as it is worn. This will not hinder the shoe’s ability to be worn as a heel because the Stelo sole support will completely hold the heel's original arched shape when worn.
Flight Attendants
We have received many requests to create a heel that can accommodate our flight attendants. We understand most uniform requirements specify that closed-toe heels must be worn in the airports and flats must be worn in-flight. Rather than carrying two separate pairs of shoes in your bag and switching between them, you can now have both in one shoe! This is a great way to save space while traveling, avoid accidentally leaving a pair behind, and staying comfortable in your footwear!
Work
We understand that many dress codes in the workplace require shoes to be closed-toe. With a convertible heel, you can have comfort with a shoe that meets the requirements. The breathable knit fabric provides extra comfort that will hug your foot for a fit that stays comfortable all day. You can wear heels for meetings, presentations, luncheons, and flats for stairs, walking in and out of work, or while getting caught up on work at the desk! You chose!
