Idea is born!
Founder & CEO Haley Pavone suffered an extreme high heel injury while dancing barefoot at her sorority spring formal...she got impaled through the foot by another woman's stiletto! After recovering from the incident, Pavone became obsessed with finding a better solution to the pain and inconvenience of high heels than simply going barefoot and lugging around extra shows. With that, the idea for Pashion Footwear's convertible heel was born.
