To convert or customize, press the heel lock button and twist the heel to remove. Repeat the action in reverse to swap on a new heel.
Once you remove heels and Stelo™, twist on a Flat Cap or 1.5” Block to wear your Pashions as comfy flats.

What are convertible heels?
In a word: perfection. But really, convertible heels are high heels that can turn into flats in seconds. Ours feature patented removable sole structure technology & removable heels, are made with comfy sneaker-grade materials, and can be endlessly customized with different heel accessories.

We offer customers the option to buy pre-curated bundles (great for first-time customers) and to make customized sets to save up to 15%. Delivery is estimated within 4-8 business days for contiguous US orders*, but cannot be guaranteed. International order times vary by location. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer free exchanges & easy returns for contiguous US orders* through our Return Portal. These orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the shoes are returned in unworn condition with all accessories included. Click here for more information.
