Returns

We have temporarily extended our return and exchange period. All Orders placed between 11/19/2020 and 12/25/2020 are able to be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2021. Happy Holidays!!

We offer free exchanges and prepaid returns for all domestic US orders. These orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the shoes are returned in unworn condition with all accessories included. Once a return or exchange is received in our warehouse, it takes 2-3 business days for our quality control team to inspect the merchandise. Once the products have cleared inspection:

RETURNS: a refund will be issued for the product(s) to the card of original purchase - but a refund will not be issued for the initial shipping expense to customer or the shipping back to our warehouse. If you already exchanged your original order and want to return your exchange, please email info@pashionfootwear.com for further assistance! Please note: refunds can take up to 10 days to appear back in your account, depending on your financial institution.

EXCHANGES: will ship within 2-3 business days after the original order is received and inspected by our quality assurance team.

DAMAGED GOODS: If a product arrives with damage upon receipt, please notify us within 14 days and include a photo/video of the damage. "Damage" includes blemishes on the footwear, faulty parts, or missing parts. Damaged goods can be replaced free of charge.

Please note that any item marked as Final Sale in the product description cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that in order to take advantage of our returns & exchanges program, you must be able to print the pre-paid label provided. Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped back to us without prior authorization. International orders can be returned or exchanged, provided all shipping fees, duties and taxes associated are paid for by customer.
