FAQ
What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer free exchanges & easy returns for all continental US orders* through our Return Portal. These orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the shoes are returned in unworn condition with all accessories included.

*All Gift Cards are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
*Please note that any item marked as Final Sale in the product description cannot be returned or exchanged. Purchasing Onward package protection does not override Final Sale policy.
*There is a small fee charged for non-continental returns to cover higher shipping costs from Alaska and Hawaii.
*International customers can return within 30 days of receiving their order, but must pay all shipping fees, duties & taxes associated. Please email info@pashionfootwear.com for further information.
Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped back to us without prior authorization.
Return Details

Returns can be submitted for either a refund to the original payment method or store credit*. In either scenario, payment is automatically sent once the return order is received by our warehouse.

*As a small business, we do our best to cover return shipping cost for returns for store credit. At the moment, return shipping cost is deducted for returns for refund.
Exchange Details

Exchanges can be submitted for any other item(s) for any amount. For more complex exchanges, choose our "Shop Now" option in the return portal after marking the items for return.

Once the return order is received by our warehouse, the new exchange order will automatically ship to the address from the original order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a product seems to be damaged or defective upon receipt, please notify us within 14 days and include a photo/video of the issue. Examples of issues include blemishes, faulty parts, or missing parts. Products deemed damaged can be replaced free of charge.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate order changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Our warehouse works quickly and has a large volume of orders to process and they are unable to make changes to orders once they have received them.

If you have a pre-order that you need to adjust, email orders@pashionfootwear.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

How Fast is Shipping?

Delivery is estimated within 4-8 business days for continental US orders*, but cannot be guaranteed. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once shipped. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

*Items purchased as preorder items do not ship within a normal window. For more information on preorder timelines, please locate the estimated ship date on the product page & view our preorder policy.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We partner with Global-e, a trusted global ecommerce vendor, to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers including seamless rate conversions, free shipping thresholds (vary by country), optimized shipping rates and times via DHL Express, and easier returns.

Please select the flag icon in the bottom right corner to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website, and several countries will have duty and tax fees rolled into product pricing (so cost is upfront!). For other countries, once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices.

Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility.

Any international orders that are returned to sender by the shipper due to unpaid duty/tax/import fees will not be refunded.
Is there Shipping Coverage?

We highly recommend including Onward VIP Protection+ shipping protection at checkout to provide coverage for lost or stolen packages.

Pashion Footwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received a tracking number from us, responsibility for the shipment falls on the carrier.

What are Pashions?

Pashion shoes, or "Pashions" for short, are convertible and customizable heels that can be worn as both flats and high heels. Most of our products are pre-bundled to include both a pair of Pashion flats and a heel kit so you have everything you need to get started – all details on what comes with your order can be found on each product page description section!

Pashion flats are flexible to allow them to transform their shape from flat to 4" heel. They include a pair of matching Stelos™ and flat caps.

A Heel Kit is a pair of heels that connect to all of our flats. We currently offer them in Stiletto and Block forms in 1.5”,  3" and 4" heights, and plan to release more options in the future.

What is a Stelo?

The Pashion Stelo™ is our patented, removable sole arch mechanism – the first footwear support component engineered to allow a flexible flat to completely convert to a stable high heel. A pair is included with each pair of shoes purchased, either as a heel or as a flat.

What are flat caps?

Each pair of shoes comes with removable flat caps that should be placed into the heel portion of the shoe when worn as flats. The flat caps prevent debris from getting lodged in the mechanism and protect the mechanism from wear.

How easy is it to use the shoes?

Most wearers are comfortable with converting the shoes after using it 1-3 times. An instruction pamphlet is included in the shoe box for a detailed breakdown of converting from heels to flats (and vice versa). More information and a demonstration can be found on the How They Work page. Once mastered, it takes less than a second to convert each heel!

Where do I store my removable heels & stelo when disassembled?

Each Heel Kit includes an accessories bag for stowing unused components.

Can shoes be worn with different heels?

Yes! All shoes and heels are compatible with each other, so long as Heel Kits are in the correct size range to match your Pashion shoe size.

How durable are Pashions?

Our shoes have undergone (and exceptionally passed!) professional wear-testing for up to two years of regular wear under normal conditions. Our shoes showed minimal signs of visible wear, both as heels and flats, and this wear had no effect on the functionality of the convertible mechanism. You will be able to enjoy years of regular wear in your Pashions. Just make sure to use your flat caps!

Can I wear my shoes as both flats and heels regularly?

Yes! Pashions are fully functional for regular wear in both flat and heel form (that’s what we’re made for!). In flat form, make sure to use the included flat caps to protect the heel mechanism.

What happens if I lose a heel, heel cap, or my drawstring bag?

No problem! Extra accessories can be purchased in our online store and you can always email info@pashionfootwear.com for more assistance.

How do the shoes fit?

Our shoes fit true to size and are currently available in standard B width, with select styles available in wide C width! Style-specific fit notes can be found in product descriptions, if applicable.

Are the shoes comfortable as both heels and flats?

Yes! In addition to transforming in times of need, Pashion heels are made with sneaker-grade material maximize comfort, having been denoted as 3x more cushioned than the average high heel. Fun fact: our shoes have been engineered by footwear professionals with experience at companies like Nike and Adidas, and our shoes passed objective and subjective testing for higher comfort than typical heels!

My flats arrived and they're arched. Is this normal?

Yes! Our shoes are molded in their heel form to ensure the heels look as good as possible. Brand new pairs will naturally arch when the heel is taken off and no weight is applied to the shoe. However, the shoe will both flatten out and naturally break-in to perfectly match your unique arch shape within about a week of wear.

Where are Pashions made?

Our shoes are designed in California. They are currently produced by our manufacturing partners in Dongguan, China.

Are Pashions vegan?

Several shoes in our line are fully vegan! They can be found in our vegan collection.

What is your preorder policy and how does preordering work?

If you decide to Preorder an item on our website, please note the following:

- You are acknowledging that your item(s) will not arrive within standard shipping times, rather in the shipment month announced on the product page.

- Preordering is voluntary, and payment is charged immediately at checkout. Preorders can be refunded until the order is shipped.

- If you are ordering a Preorder item with another item that is in-stock, the shipping cost at checkout accounts for all items ordered. All items in an order will ship together once the pre-order item is in stock (i .e. if you'd like an in-stock item to ship prior to your pre-ordered item, we recommend submitting two separate orders).

- Please note preorders take multiple business days to ship once arriving to our warehouse due to the high order volume. You will receive tracking when your Order ships!

- Returns & Exchange: free returns and exchanges to US customers within 30 days of the delivery date. Please see our Returns & Exchange policy for more information.

- The shipping date listed on the product page is an approximation provided by our manufacturer. We will continue to send more information on exact dates as available to us.

Can the Preorder Time Frame Delay or Change?

While we do abolutely everything in our power to get your item out to you within the preorder time frame, sometimes delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as US port congestion, weather, and Covid restraints on suppy chain and transit operations. Our customer service team will reach out to you if there is any delay in the preorder and provide new shipping timeframes.

Do you offer First-Time Customers Discount?

Yes! We offer a special discount for first time customers when you sign up for emails + texts. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to sign up and receive your discount!

Do you offer any special discounts?

Yes! We have a discount program for First Responders, Medical Professionals, Military Members, Teachers, and currently enrolled University Students. CLICK HERE to receive your code for $30 off your Pashion orders of $75+. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Exclusions may apply.

Are there any Discount Exclusions?

Yes, there are products that are excluded from discounts. Specific terms and conditions differ per promotion. Rewards discount information can be found in the Rewards FAQ ON THIS PAGE.

Offers, discount codes, and reward codes cannot be combined with other promotions. Offers cannot be redeemed on an order retroactively.

Welcome discount is not applicable on final sale items, new arrivals, nor limited edition styles. Offer cannot be combined with other offers, nor can it be applied retroactively. Other restrictions may apply.

Does Pashion give back?

As a company founded by women, for women, we are "pashionate" about giving back to the amazing women of the world. What is Afterpay and Klarna?

Afterpay and Klarna are “buy now, pay later,” interest-free payment option that allows you to pay off your purchase in four biweekly installments.

How Do I Use Afterpay?

At checkout, simply select Afterpay or Klarna as your payment method. You will then be directed to sign in to your existing Afterpay/Klarna account or create a new one, and will process your order through the site/app. You will then be directed back to your checkout screen on the Pashion site to finalize your order.

Will I be charged any fees for using Afterpay?

Afterpay and Klarna are 0% interest and free to use as long as you make your payments on time. If your payment installment doesn't clear for some reason you'll be charged a fee by Afterpay/Klarna. Any payment issues that arise using these third-party payment apps will need to be resolved with the app – issues cannot be settled with Pashion Footwear.
